Mask Wearing Policy


Given that our work often takes place in clients’ homes and workplaces, we have established the following policy regarding the wearing of face masks to address the diverse preferences and comfort levels of our clients.

Policy Overview

As of February 2022, we have decided that employees will not be required to wear face masks while performing work in clients’ homes or workplaces. This decision is based on current health guidelines, vaccination rates, and the overall low risk of transmission while carrying out our work.

Client Options for Comfort

If you feel uncomfortable with our policy, we recommend the following options:

  • Vacate the Premises: You can vacate the premises while we carry out our work.
  • Maintain Distance: Alternatively, you can maintain a distance that you are comfortable with during our visit.
  • Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): You are welcome to wear a mask or any other protective clothing to limit your risk of transmission.

Health and Safety Measures

  • We have implemented rigorous hygiene protocols, including regular hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • Our employees are instructed to stay home if they feel unwell and to report any symptoms of illness immediately.
