STANDARD SERVICE REFRIGERATED AIR CONDITIONER
Capped Price Service Fee

- Check the operation of fan and air distribution system
- Check & tighten electrical connections
- Check and clean indoor refrigeration coil
- Check & wash return air filters
- Check refrigerant gas pressures
- Check condensate drainage system
- Check thermostat and control circuit
- Operate the system and check heat/cool output
- Check and clean outdoor refrigeration coil
- Check outdoor unit for stability or damage
- A no-obligation quotation will be provided on completion of service if additional repairs are required
Multi-Service Discounts
- Any additional Standard A/C Service add $125.00 per unit.
NOTE: If the A/C system has one outdoor unit but multiple indoor units, the multi-service pricing will be based on the number of indoor units.

- Disassemble and wash indoor unit casing
- Wash indoor air louvres
- High-pressure wash of Indoor Cooling Coil
- High-pressure wash of Indoor Fan blades
- Application of indoor coil microbial treatment
- Application of indoor coil deodorisation treatment
- Application of liquid enzyme drain treatment
Multi-Service Discounts
- Any additional Premium A/C Service add $295.00 per unit
- Any additional Standard A/C Service add $125.00 per unit
NOTE: If the A/C system has one outdoor unit but multiple indoor units, the multi-service pricing will be based on the number of indoor units.
DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT FOR REPAIRS & BREAKDOWNS
Capped Price – Includes up to 30 mins on site.

Prices for repairs and breakdowns:
- Diagnostic Assessment = $280.00 plus
- Additional Labour $80.00 per 30 mins*
- Additional Parts = $POA
- Pricing for both Commercial and Residential jobs
*Labour Cost is based on one (1) technician. If additional technicians are required, labour will be charged per technician. While this may appear as a higher cost, in many cases it results in a lower overall expense as the job is completed more efficiently and in less time.
GAS DUCTED HEATER INSPECTION AND SERVICE

- Check operation of ignition system
- Check operation of safety circuits
- Clean burners and chambers
- Check and adjust gas pressures
- Check flue system and condensate drain
- Carry out Carbon monoxide test
- Check for gas leaks
- Check thermostat and control circuit
- Check fan operation
- Clean return air filter
- Operate the system and check heating output
- Check airflow from supply and return air ducts
- Lodgement of gas servicing certificate as per AS 4575
- A no-obligation quotation will be provided on completion of service if additional repairs are required

The " Fixed Priced Service Costs" are only for functional equipment and do not take into consideration parts that are generally required in repairing non-functional equipment.
All non-functional equipment must first be diagnosed on-site by our technicians prior to providing an accurate cost to repair.
