Heat your home with less energy …Choose high-efficiency heating for your home

You can make huge reductions in your carbon footprint by replacing old energy-intensive heaters or installing high efficiency ducted gas heaters in new homes. Energy Saver Incentives are available to help you. The incentive will depend on the type of heating you’re replacing or installing.

Electric heating at home?

Replace old electric central heating or ducted reverse-cycle heating with a high efficiency ducted reverse-cycle heating system (only in non-gas reticulated areas).
Replace electric central heating with high-efficiency gas ducted heating.
Gas heating at home?

Replace old gas ducted heating with high-efficiency gas ducted heating.
Replace your old gas ductwork with new ductwork.
Building a new home?

Install a high efficiency ducted gas heater with a five star rating in a newly constructed home.
Not replacing old heating or building a new home?

Even if you’re not replacing an old heater, you could still be eligible for an Energy Saver Incentive if you:

install a high-efficiency gas/LPG space heater
install high-efficiency reverse-cycle heating (only in non-gas reticulated areas).
