Challenge
A local Ascot Vale hotel had sat closed for three years. Ahead of reopening, the property had been renovated — but its air conditioning was another matter. Dynamic recommissioned the hotel’s split system air conditioning from the ground up — inspecting, servicing and testing each unit to bring it back to full operation. That meant checking refrigerant pressures, cleaning coils and filters, verifying electrical connections and safety switches, clearing condensate drainage, and running every system through heating and cooling to confirm it performed before guests arrived.
Rather than replacing serviceable equipment, we restored what was there — the cost-effective route when systems have simply been dormant rather than failed.
