In order for us to send a service technician to site to evaluate your warranty claim we will require the following information including credit card details in the event that the cause of the problem is diagnosed as non-warranty.
If the fault is determined by our serviceman to be a manufacturing fault it will covered by warranty.
IE All the parts and labour will be covered at no charge and your credit card details will be disposed of in a secure manner.


Minimum cost for non warranty jobs = $176.00. Any additional labour will be charged at $88/man hour chargeable in 30 min increments

A receipt of purchase, Plumbing & Electrical compliance certificates will need to be sighted by our service agent on arrival to your job.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

The product is warranted for labour and parts for five (5) years from the date of purchase.

2. This warranty excludes any defect or injury caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper voltage, vermin infestation or any modifications
which affect the reliability or performance of the unit, not attributed to faulted manufacture, parts and labour.

3. This warranty does not cover the following items:
(a) Natural disaster (i.e. hail, lightening. flood, fire, etc).
(b) Rust or damage to paintwork caused a corrosive atmosphere.
(c) Where serviced by an unauthorized centre without permission from Panasonic.
(d) Where a unit is installed incorrectly or by unqualified persons.
(e) Failure is due to improper installation or faulty installation.
(f) Failure due to improper maintenance by customer. (Refer maintenance section of operating instructions).
(g) No fault found service calls where the perceived problem is explained within the Operation Instructions or the troubleshooting section of the Operation Instructions.
(h) Costs associated with delivery, handling, freighting or damage to the product in transit.

4. If warranty service is required you should:
(a) contact your nearest Panasonic Authorised Service Centre.
(b) provide a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of purchase date.
(c) provide the warranty card with full details
(d) note that home service is available within the normal operating area of the nearest Panasonic Authorised Service Centre.
(e) note that service outside the normal operating area of the nearest Panasonic Authorised Service Centre will incur a traveling fee from the Panasonic Authorised service Centre.

Unless otherwise specified to the consulter the benefits conferred by this express warranty are additional to all other conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights and remedies expressed
or implied by the Trade Practices Act 1974
and similar consumer protection provisions contained in legislation of the States and Territories and all other obligations and liabilities on
the part of the manufacturer or supplier and nothing contained herein shall restrict or modify such rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities.
